Welcome to the HSA Construction Notification (AF1 & AF2) System

Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, any construction project lasting longer than 30 days or 500 person days must be notified to the Health and Safety Authority. This notification should be completed by or on behalf of the Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) and by the Client at the start of the Design process.
