Welcome to the HSA online accident and dangerous occurrence reporting system

Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work General Application Regulations, all employers and self-employed persons are legally obliged to report to the Health and Safety Authority, any workplace accidents resulting in absences of more than 3 consecutive calendar days not including the day of the accident.
